The number of complaints of foreign tourists about the level of service in Moscow hotels is minimized. This information was provided by Sergey Shpilko, Head of Tourism and Hotel Industry Committee of the Capital.
Only recently, 5-6 years age, guests of the capital were not satisfied with the quality of work of housekeepers, cleaners and waiters. Today the situation in the hotel industry changed drastically. At the present time more than 94% of guests are content with the level of training of housekeeping staff. Now tourists tend to complain to receptionists about bad weather and traffic jams. Analysts of real estate website 1RRE made such conclusion based on results of systemic polling of Moscow business class hotels guests.
Significant improvement of service quality is also proved by the fact, that this year Moscow took leading positions in the lists of prestigious World Travel Awards. Several Moscow hotels gained nominations in the following categories:
- Best urban European hotel;
- Most luxurious business class hotel of Europe
